Borrower’s step by step guide

Sign up for a user account by entering your full name, email address, preferred username, mobile number, and the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Upload all the requisite documents (i.e. copies of your NRIC (front and back), a recent Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) BizFile report of your business, a recent Credit Bureau Singapore (“CBS”) report of your business, and all the invoices and day-end receipts issued over the most recent, complete calendar month) and enter the requisite information to the form on our website. Our team will complete the Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) and verification process for your application within 24 hours from receiving your completed application.

F&F may require additional documents from time to time.
F&F will conduct a phone call interview and an on-site survey to verify the documents and information provided.
F&F will only be able to process your application when it is completed. Please ensure that you have submitted all the requisite documents and information.

Your user account is approved! We will assign a maximum credit limit to your user account based on the documents and information you have provided. Start borrowing by selecting the amount of the loan, interest rate, and loan tenure. F&F will review your loan request within 24 hours.

Upon approval of your user account, electronic contracts setting out the terms and conditions of the credit facility (including the repayment schedule) will be generated for your execution. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully before you proceed to sign. You may execute most of the contracts electronically. There are some contracts which you have to sign in hardcopy. We will contact you to arrange for a suitable meeting time and place to sign these contracts.

Your loan will be disbursed after you have signed the requisite contracts and all pre-conditions under the contracts have been met.

You will be required to make a weekly cash repayment to:
A designated collection officer; or
F&F’s designated bank account.
For each repayment made, you will receive an OTP to confirm that you have paid.
Please note that late payment fees will be incurred if you fail to make any payment according to the repayment schedule, even if payment is late for one (1) day.
*If you have made three (3) or more payments on time, you will be entitled to submit another loan request provided that you will not exceed the assigned maximum credit limit.
